Been going to the gym for nigh on 3 weeks
I've hit all the lows and now I'm hitting peaks
weights getting heavier,Runnings getting faster
And as for the cross trainer,I'm a god damn master!!
Not aching so much,backs getting strong
Feeling much more positive instead of feeling wrong
Physio hurts like hell but is doing just the trick
Doesn't feel anymore like I've been mashed up with a brick!
Just a few more weeks and I'll be back at work
Getting up at 4am will surely wipe off my smirk
But it will be good to get back to normal days
Instead of this messed up emotional haze!!
