Pete the hippy was both clever and trippy
Camper van blasting out underworlds born slippy
Hair long and greasy and tie die vest
Can dodge the soap with the very best
Smokes so much dope he dont walk,he floats
Plays guitar with perfect pitch perfect notes
Talked to him briefly about tides and weather
Such an interesting dude,witty and clever
Invited me into his orange campervan
For crisps and spam and beans from a can
Said he travelled to Devon for a smoke and a snack
Got wheel clamped and never went back.
