I'm building a submarine in my garden, I'm having so much fun I'm not going to paint it yellow, as I think that, that's been done I'm using raw materials, for the shell I've used my bath My friends think that I'm crazy, but I'm not doing this for a laugh I stuck two bathtubs together with some super glue from my shed Of course I've left the plugs in, so I won't drown and end up dead I've made a periscope out of old toilet rolls, that I've wrapped in silver foil That should keep the water out and now my view will not be spoiled I've cut two holes in the bottom so my legs can keep me moving I've stuck on some rubber trousers, there water tight and quite soothing I'm getting so excited, but I'm afraid there's only room for one Its a shame you cannot come with me and join me having fun I've got a foot pump that I'll pump, that should give me plenty of air So here I am at south end pier, I've made people stop and stare There looking at me funny but I assure them I'm not drunk As I shuffle of the pier, I hit the water with KA Plunk
