I'm getting ready to sail the world In my home made wooden boat I know the weather can get quite bad So I'll make sure to bring my coat

I've used a couple of old wooden doors For the base for my boat Ive got some bed sheets for the sail Now I just hope that it floats

I'll sail to America first I've got an atlas on my phone My mum is going to be so proud That I did this on my own

I'm guessing it will take a few days to get there One week at the most I'm taking a loaf of bread and a kettle I'll live off tea and toast

2 weeks later

Ok things haven't gone quiet to plan My plans are up in smoke My mum wouldn't let me use her sheets And my dad called me a joke

I didn't let this stop me I'd come to far to stop So I used my curtains for a sail And now my boat is looking hot

The night before my departure Me and all my friends got drunk They all come down to see me off But when I launched my boat, it sunk
