Zip and Zong were back in space, on there way back from the Sun, but they had to get their spaceship cleaned, before they returned to Nebular 1. So they put there engines on full blast and gave them all there worth, as they changed there course direction and headed for planet Earth.
'Earthlings are very clean, they like things nice and white, lets just fly down and abduct one with our scary big bright light'. 'Our spaceships got all dirty and I want to see it gleaming, we need to find a human-being that is very good at cleaning'.
Psycho Bill was convicted of 19 murders, although he had actually done far more, he now works as a prison cleaner, where he has to mop the floor. He was on his way to B Wing, there was some lag he wanted to fight, but here he was on the landing, staring at this strange bright white light.
Of all the people on Earth, they had abducted Psycho Bill to their ship, he'd murdered over twenty people and not one man gives him lip. The aliens had made a huge mistake, abducting Psycho Bill, he's not interested in cleaning, he just wants to kill.
