Important information...
Our Sun still exists and will not burn out for millions of years. A cloud of cosmic dust has come into our orbit and temporarily blocked out the suns rays from reaching earth. We estimate this anomaly will pass out of orbit in two to three weeks. Do not panic, keep calm, we will as a race survive. The temperature will drop drastically over the coming days. Do not leave your house unless absolutely necessary. The army have been drafted in to keep order on the streets and guard the supermarket's. Looting and criminal behavior will not be tolerated at any level. Stay indoors until told to do otherwise. Food rationing will be made available in the coming days. Follow these rules and you and your family will survive.
Ian read the report that was being displayed on the television on all the channels. 'What a load of bollocks' he said to himself out loud. 'Think Ian, think'. He grabbed his phone from his pocket and dialed Johns number. After one ring he answered. 'So much for solar power' Ian had to laugh, despite the seriousness of the situation 'Good one John you idiot, get round here now, we need to come up with a plan' 'On my way mate, this is some seriously fucked up shit, you got any weed? 'Fucking hell John, the fucking Sun's done a runner and your worried about whether I've got any weed, just get round here, and bring your tools. 'Like I said, on my way mate calm down, so you got some or not? 'Yeah I got some, now just get round here NOW' 'Sweet, see you in five' Ian hung up the phone and put his coat and trainers on and went to his shed in the back garden. 'Dont feel that cold' he said to himself as opened his shed and grabbed the two nail guns from the rack. 'Definitely gonna need some weapons' he said, as he removed the safety guard and fired a twelve inch nail across the shed, he was quite satisfied to see the nail go straight through the wall of the shed leaving a splintered hole behind it.....
