We were in the middle of nowhere so when it came to sleeping. Your choice was the tables or the seats with your legs hanging off. I kept on tossing and turning but I just couldn't get to sleep. It seemed like I wasn't the only one.
"Do you love him that much," Matt says crouching down next to me. Tears were now flowing freely down my face.
"We promised we would be with each other forever," I chuckled and the irony in it. "Isn't it meant to be that the good guys win," I sighed.
"Not in reality," he says stroking my hand and gently leaning down to kiss my forehead. I relaxed under his touch and leaned my head on his chest. Taking in his incredible smell while drifting slowly to sleep.
