Forbidden Love ( Chapter 10 )

Dad and I had another argument. I hate having arguments with him. He always wins, though today I was determined to win.

After Matt had arrived I went into the kitchen where dad was cooking breakfast and exclaimed, " Matt and I have made up!"
He glared at me.
" Is there something wrong with that?" I asked bravely, expecting a lot of yelling back.
" You shouldn't've accept his apology!!" he scowled angrily.
" Dad, I know this is hard but you've got to stop living in the past!"
He raised his eyebrows at me.
" Matt and I are meant for each other! You can't separate us!!"
Then mum butted in.
" She's right you know!"
I nodded in agreement. Dad went red in the face.
" But what if he does the same thing again? Then will you forgive him?" he muttered.
" What he did yesterday was for a cause! Maddie was going to hurt me so he did it as a diversion." I explained.
" Fine but when he does it again I will say I told you so!" he stalked off in a huff. I really did hate him! He is annoying!
