I am in a toy shop and all I can here is "I want..." "I need..." "for my birthday...". " my mum is spending a fortune" from the kids and instead of the memory I have as a child of my parents spoiling us for being quiet and well behaved - the parents are being honest "we have no money" "I just spent my last tenner in Iceland" "wait for your birthday money". When we were young we didn't ask and we got the world. Now children ask but they are lucky if they get chicken nuggets for their tea. Once again the world has failed.
