I awoke to a darkness,
A night as black as death, armed with sword of cobweb
And a shield of gothic red
Oxford Witchlight comes,
Whispering in my head,
A wicked tale told by fools
To lunatics in death
Wolves are here, yes, vampyre too,
I can feel them in my bones,
Skeleton dreams reanimated
In Oxford graveyard stones
'There be monsters here' I said
As the house shook with fear
'The Devil seeks his lovers bed
And knows that I am hear'
And then; transformation,
Lycanthropic abomination,
Kill me now sweet child, please
Before this man does to thee
Things unmentionable, banish me
To a cell or castle or imprison me
But do it now, do it quickly, for soon
The change will come upon me, the moon
Full and thirsty for blood, quick
Now be quick, these limbs will
Trick you, tear you and rip you,
Another victim lost in Oxford Gothic
