The Mortal

I stepped into the room
It was full of impending doom
The wolves watched me
Licking their lips, the vampires did too
There was nothing I could do
There was a look in their eyes as if they knew
I was here on a whim
The lighting was dim
And they all knew they would succumb
One of them I'd become
But they'd have to fight over the mortal
Over my fate they'd chortle

My fate was sealed
My future revealed

I were to become a wolf
