I had a performing arts workshop today with a French man called Jean-Marie. There was a really insecure and embarrassed person there. Jean-Marie said when he was in acting college, learning about clowning. One of the tasks they had to do was wear a clown nose and stand infront of a crowd. He said that nearly everyone started crying, including him.
