The Performers Ch.2

I walked into the practice room for rehearsals for Little mermaid. Yes, I did get Ariel and Kelly got Ursula. I'm run over to Michael also known as Prince Eric, he picks me up and he's carrying me and we kiss. He asked me to be his girlfriend at lunch last week. I hugged him tight while he whispered in my ear "I love you" I say that back to him. We start role call and run under the sea. After that's done we do the scene were I become human. Practice is over, then a big announcement our director Melissa Daftonn, told us that we're having our 50's Prom on Friday! I hold Michael's hand and he kisses me on the cheek. He asked me by playing my favorite song paradise and held up a light up poster that said PROM? I was tearing up! Kelly is going with her boyfriend Daniel. Me and Kelly are going dress shopping after this announcement which is just now over. We walk downtown to the best dress store EVER! The theme is 50's so I pick out a short dress that's ruffly strapless and a peach pink I put it back for the price but then the perfect dress! It's a soft blue medium length twirly and flouncy. I LOVE it! I buy it and wait for Kelly to pay for her white prom dress that looks like a bridesmaids dress. FRIDAY NIGHT I'm at Kellies getting ready I slip on my silver 50's style heels and I finish the last curl on my hair and spray a little bit of hairspray on then DAISY MARC JACOBS PERFUME. I apply the concealer then the blush and some eyeliner. I finish it off with mascara and lip gloss. I feel like Cinderella! Said Kelly. Then the doorbell went off it was our princes! There holding the most beautiful corsages ever! Michael slips mine on and takes my hand. We drive off to our school and walk into a complete....PALACE! It's beautiful and is actually like the 1950's! A song comes on called so young and it's a slow one Im stuck to Michael. I'm so in love with him! He kisses me on the cheek and I close my eyes and feel like I'm in paradise I swoon and sigh.i have to go for my solo onstage. I'm singing blue moon. While I'm singing I imagine myself as a queen. Then night is magical and I fall asleep to his voice in my ears.
