Truth Hurts Part Nineteen
-------Christopher's Point Of View------- Melissa came and kissed me, but I saw as Lisa ran away. I heard the door of her room slam. God damn, I had hurt her again. I pushed Melissa away, stepping backwards. "What's wrong baby?" she asked me seductively. "You hurt Lisa..." I said, looking her in the eye. "So? She's trying to break us up. I can't let that happen." She said in a darker tone. "Well, she doesn't need to, because I've had enough of you. We're through." I said in a final voice. "What!?" she gasped, eyes wide. "You heard me loud and clear. We. Are. Through." I responded. "Y-You can't do this to me! To us!" came her cry. "Oh, look. Just did." "I hate you!!!" she screamed. "Makes two of us." I muttered. "Ugh!" she cried and left, storming out of the house. "Drama queen." I said, rolling my eyes. I sighed, and went to go tell Lisa the news. -----------Lisa's Point Of View----------- I heard all the screaming going on. Well, only Melissa's screaming. Oh shit. It was all my fault that this was happening. I ducked my head down, looking at the floor. I just ruined their relationship. There was a slight knock on the door. "Lisa?" came Christopher's voice. "Go away." I said. "Not happening." he said and opened the door. "B-But I had it locked!" I sputtered. "Credit card." was his answer as he raised his eyebrows. "Oh.. Well, what?" I asked, eyes still staring down. "Um.... I broke up with Melissa.." he said nervously. My eyes turned big. "What!? Why?" I asked, shocked. "She was being annoying. And now I had enough. So I dumped her." he answered. "It's my fault. Sorry." I said, head hanging down. He picked up my chin. "No it's not. Now, get some rest. We have a long day tomorrow." he said. I knew what he meant. School. I sighed and he bent down to kiss my forehead. "Goodnight." he said and turned towards the door. "Christopher?" I said, nervously. "Yeah?" he asked. "I love you." "I love you too." he said, and walked out the door, with a smile on his face.
