Everything else I've tried to forget

Besides that one with the smile
A beam on my face, that showed me
Just how happy you made me

Even when these leaves cover it

Just because you could do so,
And you put your light upon me

Looking through drawings that
You drew, before you stopped painting.

Whispered 'you're an inspiration to me'.

And that's all that it really takes
For me to remember everything
Your smile and laugh, the way you
Walked. And that subtle sarcasm
That was all so charming to me
