If it be true that soon it will all end
I thank you for allowing me to be your friend
Yes I've had some feelings, and yes I wish I could hold your hand
But I only wish to make amends as I'm standing here in a dying land
I don't know if there's anything after this, but I hope we meet again
Only time will tell if it will end the run that together we ran
Wish I could hold you, wish I could give you a single kiss
Reassure you that your life will surely be missed
