Chapter Seventeen

The boys wake up and watch us. Louis breaks the silence. "We should get home." we pack up our things and get into the car. We drive home in silence. When we get home I go straight up to my room and lay in bed. I don't know why but my ankle has been bothering me. I don't think I did anything. I grab my sketchpad that I've always hid from the boys and start to draw. Niall comes in and I put the pad under the pillow. "What was that?" "nothing." he raises an eyebrow and walks over to the pillow. I jump onto the pillow and hold it down. "really?" "don't look!" he tickles my sides and I roll of the pillow. He continues and he goes to my feet. I kick but my ankle starts to hurt from the movements. "Ow. Niall. Stop." "What's wrong?" "nothing." I say putting a blanket over me. He takes it off and looks at my foot. "Annie what happened?" "I don't know. It just hurts." "It's swollen. You could have sprained it or something." "it's fine, really." "No it's not. Come here. I sit up and he carries me down the stairs like a child. "I'm going to take Annie to the doctors." "Why?" Liam answers. "Her ankle is hurting. It could be sprained or something." "okay." he sets me in the car and we drive to the doctors. It's sprained and if I walk on it more it could fracture. He says I need a boot. I get fitted for my boot and then we go home. "What happened?" "They said it was sprained and could become fractured if I don't where the boot." I say with a pouty face. "aw well here have a cupcake." they must have gone to the store because the kitchen has ten boxes filled with twelve cupcakes each. I grab a red velvet cupcake with vanilla frosting and put it on a plate. I take the bottom part off first and then eat the top. The bottom of the cupcake is the worst part. I give it to Niall then I go and sit on the couch. "We have to go to a photo shoot, want to come?" Zayn asks standing by the door. "sure." I grab my phone off the table and get in the car with the boys. They sing to their songs and I sit quietly in the back listening. "Annie why won't you sing?" "I'm not a goof singer." I say looking down. When we get there Zayn helps me out of the car and we walk into the studio. He pulls a chair out for me to sit at. I sit and watch the boys pose differently. I brought the book Divergent to read so I'm not bored. I put my ear phones in and listen to music. I read about six chapters before two hands cover my eyes. I take out my ear phones in and wait for the person to reveal themselves. "Are going to kidnap me?" "One day I will?" it's Niall. "I can't read when your covering my eyes." "Fine. But we have an interview and they want to ask you questions." "okay." he uncovers my eyes and I lean my head back and he kisses the tip of my nose. We sit down on chairs across from an interviewer. "So this is Annie." "Yes." they all say in unison. "Well first are some questions set in by fans. Ready?" I nod. "Okay the first one is sent to us from Anna in New York, Annie how did you meet them?" "Well I was going to spend the summer with them because my mom was going to Australia." "next question is from Alison in Arizona, what do the boys do that annoy you?" "well it's kinda lame but um when they put something in the microwave and take it out before the end of the time and leave that number up instead of clicking end." "really?" "that just annoys me so much. My mom did the same thing too. It bothers me so much." "okay. Next one is from Jamie in Colorado, Who's your favorite besides Niall?" "Well I would say Zayn and Liam. Liam because he's my brother and is always there for me and Zayn is like a brother because he's so protective of me and always knows what to do." "What about us?" asks Louis. "Louis and Harry your like my best friends that are as crazy and fun as I am." "Okay now some questions for the boys. Do you like having a girl in the house?" Liam answers first, "Well she's my sister an she's so much like us. There's always something to do." Harry adds to it, "She's so fun and loud that it's never boring at home." "So a house full of teenagers, who does the dishes?" "well not Annie." Niall answers. "Why not?" "I can't stand the feeling of touching something that was used. Like forks and plates. It disgusting." "She does her own but not ours. I don't blame her." "okay then. So is there any fighting?" we all look at each other. Zayn answers this one. "You could say that. I think most of it comes from us to Annie because we aren't used to a girl. It's about like hate, and a couple nights ago Annie got upset because everything about he life changed and we didn't really do anything to help her with that, and so she just got tired of it. I can't say what happened though." I smile at Zayn. "Who's the most caring for you Annie beside Liam and Niall?" "Zayn." "Why?" "well he always has something to say and well he I more protective than Liam I think." "What do you guys do for fun when your not working?" Louis answers. "Well Annie goes to the park and takes pictures because she's a photographer and together we go to the beach." "Well one final question. Niall how did you fall in love with Annie?" "well when she and Liam realized they were siblings. She was upset because Liam was yelling and I just kinda kissed her. I couldn't stop thinking about her since we met that first day of summer." "Well that's all. Thank you guys." the interview is over and I think it went pretty well.
