Lexi started to wonder the town, she was supposed to be seeing a group of girls from school but milling around the shops and hours of 'do you think he likes me?' Just wasn't her style. Her legs were carrying her towards the forest. She was at the back of town, it all seemed darker, stranger, scarier. She should have turned around.

He could see her from his window. She was getting far too close. He wished he didn't have to bare the burden of knowing what was inside and what would happen to her. 'Damien, Damien, is that the new girl? What is she...' 'Mom just be quiet I know who it is there's no need to point out whats going to happen, we all know' Damien grabbed his coat, 'where are you going? You can't interfere, you know it has to happen'
As he walked down the stairs his mother cast one last deep cry for him to return.
'DAMIEN!'

She was in the forest there was a deep chill right to her bones, the groaning trees sounded as if they were in pain, pain from watching years of torture. The ground was hard to navigate all rocky and covered in moss. The outer part of the forest was dense but not big, she made that dividing road easily. She carried on. Not knowing what she would see but knowing she was being watched, by someone or something.
