Floating softly on the breeze Falling gently from the trees Tiny things that make me sneeze And leave me, watering, on my knees
O how I wish it were not so My nose is sore because I blow Spores are everywhere I go When I start sneezing you will know
Hay fever? Yes it's on the scene Give me antihistamine You'll all know where I have been Trail of tissues can be seen
I'll even take a pinch of snuff But that just makes me twice as rough O summer! You can be so tough I really think I've had enough
Taken potions taken pills Vain attempt to cure my ills Tell you what, it ain't no thrills Pharmacists, prepare your tills
After sneezing, eyes will water Cry like grown man shouldn't oughta You'll be safe if you have brought a Brolly, purloined from your daughter
In my house, atchoo's abound My mucus membrane doth resound A proper cure I've not yet found I can't unwind, instead I'm wound
So every summer, sneezing fit S'pose I'll have to live with it It's only where the spores have hit It's all their fault I feel like shit...
