The saddest sight you'll ever see
A derelict in Battersea
Hey there Mr. Councilman
Don't you have a building plan?
A bunch of flats, or maybe not
You can't just let it stand and rot!
How about a sporting hall
Or at least a shopping mall
An empty shell with chimneys on
Iconic, miss it when it's gone
Hey just knock the whole thing down
And plant some trees, all around
So many uses for these bricks
Do something with it, bunch of pricks!
