Isn't there a better way to travel to the stars
Wouldn't it be fun to strap a rocket to our cars
Take off from your local airport
Must get clearance first
Then off we go up and away
With a nitrogen fuelled burst
First up the moon, cold hearted orb
That seems to rule our night
Then off to Mars and all our cars
Bathed in its orange light
Jupiter and Saturn with its lovely rings
The magic and the majesty that these two giants bring
Pretty soon it's hyperspeed
Solar system vast array
Time to do a three point turn
Gaze back at Milky Way
And now to travel back to Earth
Green and blue abound
Jettison all rockets
Turn your heat shield round
But then approaching Venus
A sight that made me sour
An interstellar car park
Five quid for half an hour
