Alice sits alone
Gently weeping, on the floor
The Cheshire Cat has gotten fat
And doesn't smile any more
The caterpillar seems
To have emptied out his bong
This Queen of Hearts has fits and starts
When she's off the stuff too long
Tweedledee and Tweedledum
Twin devils on her shoulder
One is urging caution while
The other says be bolder
The deck of cards has folded
Golf club flamingos fly
But March Hare and Mad Hatter
Surely will supply
'The time has come' the Walrus said
'To speak of many things'
But she's too weak and all she seeks
Is another pair of wings
The paint has stained the rose
So far, the fall from grace
The falling tears, just souvenirs
Of time spent in this place
But there's still a friend for Alice
It's the bottle in her hand
'Drink Me' says the label
And you'll be back in Wonderland...
