This small little pill in the palm of my hand. Is this salvation or delusion?
Will you save me from drowning? Bring my head up above water so that I can breathe the refreshing clear or air? Or will you hold my head down deeper under water until the sadness and confusions fills up my lungs and penetrates my mind completely?
Which direction will you take me. This small little pill in the palm of my hand. Will you lead me into sunshine or rain? Will you make things better or cause me pain?
