Stars shining so brightly tonight. The image of you placed firmly insight. A wonderful night. A night without any sense of fright. The moon gleaming. My smile beaming. This Is a sensational feeling.
Love, for me, is many things. The way the blackest blackbird sings. The freshest air the frosty dawn. The brightness of a sunny morn. Chasing shadows in the rain. Fantastic creatures in my brain.
There's a hug to say I love you And a hug to say goodbye, There's a hug to say how are you And a hug to say we tried.
It's all just words, And it's all just ink. But it's really much more, A lot more come to think. It's letters and sentences, It really is my heart. Writing is my future, My end and my start.
A magician without magic, Is a man without a soul. A sorcerer without spells, Is a dreamer without a goal. A photo frame that's empty, Is a one-winged bird.
I don't know how to put my words down with ink and script. It's like my pen has all run dry, it's suddenly tight-lipped. I try to make me literate, to tell you how I feel.
Years pass. And tears fall so fast. Some of joy and cheer. Some induced by fear. Tears roll down the cheek. Sometimes because of the love we seek. Sometimes because we are as happy as can be.
