Maybe Love Isn't At First Sight. Pt 1

As I knocked on the door of Ria's flat, I sighed knowing that Josh was probably there as usual. I had known Josh and Ria all my life they were great friends especially Josh! I heard someone open the door, it was Josh, he had deep brown eyes and brownish hair that hung over his eyes, he was wearing a black top and scruffy jeans, he smiled at me obviously I smiled back at him sighing,
"hey Daisy, you need Ria right?" he said leading me through to the kitchen,
"I don't need her I just wanted to see her" I said frowning, I didn't need anyone!
"pfff you need her!" he teased as Ria jumped down the steps and hugged me,
"hey!" she said as cheerfully as usual
"hi, how's it going?" I asked, Ria had a bad road accident 2 months ago
"yeah it's ok, just need to have some exercise that's all" she said rubbing her arm and wincing. We walked out to go and have lunch at Scoffs the cafe where my room mate Ellie worked. Ria hugged Josh and said bye, Josh winked at me, I blushed and looked at my feet.
When we got to Scoffs Ellie greeted us, we sat at our normal table by the window, Ellie came out and sat with us because she was on her usual break, we all sipped our coffees,
"so Daisy, how's josh?" Ellie asked,she knew of my crush on Josh for awhile now so did Ria
"urm, oh I dunno" I said blushing, they laughed at me,
"you should go on a blind date with him!" Ria exclaimed looking at me hopefully
"what? No!" I said laughing at her idea, but actually it was pretty good idea
"actually that's a great idea! Can you sort it out for me?"
"sure" Ria got out her phone and started texting Josh while me and Ellie chatted,
"all sorted, tomorrow night at 6 he doesn't know it's you, and act like you don't know it's gonna be him ok?" Ria said raising her perfectly shaped eyes brows! She had shoulder length black hair, green eyes and long black eye lashes. Ellie had long blonde hair which was layered, she was very tall and towered above of us. Me.... Well I had thick brown hair, dark blue eyes and was quite tall but compared to Ellie not very tall! When I got back to the flat with Ellie we both sat down and switched on the TV, I couldn't stop thinking of my date with Josh tomorrow!
