First Kiss

Remember our first kiss, I was so scared I almost missed. You said 'come here, come close like this'. I placed my hand down your waist to your hips.
Carefully I traced the lower line of your lips with my finger tips.

I closed my eyes and inhaled some fresh air
All I could smell was the scent of your hair
I leaned in and your lips touched mine
Is this how it feels two souls to be completely intertwined?

I felt this spark,

We didn't know what to expect
So I said don't worry practice makes perfect.
