What I wouldn't give to be in your arms,
The only place where I'm safe from harms;
But you're too busy holding her,
'Cause she's the one that you prefer.

I offered you the most I could give–
You said without me, you couldn't live;
So now I'm just not good enough?
Why must this love be so rough?

Stay with her if you'd like, my love,
But know that you're my angel from above.
I'll convince myself that I'll be alright:
I'll try to stop my crying at night.

I believed you when you said you cared
After all the precious love we shared.
But now I'll have to be okay
Without you every weary day.

I Can't Stop Loving You

I can't stop loving you, No matter how I try. It's got me feeling blue, Many nights I've cried. I can't stop loving you, It's becoming hard to bare.

Why?

Why is it that every time my hopes are up They get shattered. Can they not see my heart's already tattered. The shock was too real I couldn't believe that's how you feel Why'd you lead me on.
