When a time is arranged stick to it. If you are running late inform the other participant if you wanna meet early in all means don't it put pressure on the other person. If meeting earlier make sure you look like you wanna be there because sometimes its just obvious. Shit happens all the time and bad news is a bitch but life must go on. At least there was an apology and a maybe try again when things are better.
