Just remembered something we used to do at school...the cleaning ladies would always plug their hoovers in at the top of a flight of stairs, and then work their way down, or start at one end of the corridor and carry on till they went around the corner. When they'd hoovered their way out of sight, we would creep up to the plug, and flick the switch. Then they would have to trudge back up the stairs or back along the corridor, and turn it back on. Sometimes we'd do it five or six times in a row...we were cruel little children, but god it was funny..
