I came to you my brothers as a promise from our father
To take you further than you ever wished to go
To see life was breathed into your lungs for Godly a
purpose
And to open eyes to that you didn't know
I walked with you both night and day
And taught you how to love that which others hate
We found a wilderness together and found a road we have yet to take
It's time for me to leave you
And as I do you may not understand
The actions and conspiracy of your fellow man
They will hang me high and mock me
in fear of things that I have done
But trust brothers when I tell you that my father calls his son
I will come again to you my brethren, I will walk with you as one
But for now just pray for their forgiveness
For they know not what they have done
You have a holy mission for which you have been prepared
To spread the message of our Father, share his love and show you care
To wipe away the crust from eyes so tightly shut
To unblock ears from the deafness picked up from temple muck
For his story will resound in time, as a waterfall
And those that you will touch
Will forever hear his call.
