Cheating and lying, Diving and flying, Tripping and falling, Screaming and bawling. You take the fun out of the game, You make footballers seem lame.
Focus locked. Batter up. Pitcher ready. Arm winding. Ball in hand. Loosing grip. Spiraling forward twords the batter. In the air it soars to home plate. Bat in hand. Batter ready. Ball now near.
Your name was called, The crowd roared. You looked at the fans, Your hopes soared. You gritted your teeth, As the gun fired. You gave it your best- What you desired.
