It's all in your head Forget what they said Fear is normal But it becomes worse when it's fed Is it worth it. What will happen. What will they think. Can I do this. What if I got hurt.
When everyone else told me no, you propped me up and said yes. Despite them saying they knew best. The highs and lows of aspirations get me down. But you always make me smile when you're around.
I lay my head to rest. For the last time. I know this is for the best. But I can't convince my heart so. I was so strong, I need convincing. That I am strong enough to go on.
You say I'm weird, But, what's wrong with that. Who cares if I'm weird. Or ugly, or fat. You say I'm a freak, But what do you know.
When I needed you there. You were elsewhere. When I started to cry. You waved me a goodbye. Then I was weak. But now I'm strong. So get out of my life. I got you all wrong. I don't give a damn.
You can do it all. If you're willing to fall. You can make your dreams come true. If only you are willing to do. When you put your mind to it. And you really commit. All you want will be.
Finally it's all clear. A bright future in sight. I've confronted my biggest fear. And fought a battle with all my might. Finally it's here. My destiny has arrived. Hope one day you'll see my dear.
You may be miles away. But in my heart you'll always stay. Helping me keep my darkest fears at bay. Promising life won't always feel this way. You listen to me. Help me clear the fog, so I can see.
