The story behind Friday the 13th

Here is why Friday the 13th is considered the most unlucky day of the year.
Now as some of you might already know, the number 13 is considered very unlucky. The Romans believed that 13 was the Devil's number, and the Egyptians believed that 13 was the number of death. And that's already pretty unlucky but there's more.
In Medieval times Friday was considered the day when all the fairies would come out. Mind you the fairies back then were not the sweet little tinker-belles you think of nowadays. They believed fairies would come and burn your crops, steal your things and basically just be a total nuisance.
And that is why Friday the 13th is considered unlucky.
