Finally after days of hard work everything was ready.
The school was looking as spotless as ever, the food was cooked to utter perfection, there were ribbons and banners all over the place, not to mention that Mary had made a huge sign that said "Welcome British people!" on it.
"I'm so excited I can hardly stand iiiiiiiiittt!" I practically screamed.
"Ok Ceara, try to contain your excitement. You're starting to scare people," Mary said.
"Oh right. Sorry!" I said as my face blushed as red as a cherry.
"EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE BRITISH ARE COMING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE BRITISH ARE COMING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" a boy shrieked as he ran through the hallways.
"Paul Reveer! Stop running through the hallways like a psycho! It gives our school a bad name and we don't want you scaring away the new students!" Ms. Zedler yelled.
"Oh my gosh they're finally here!"
"WELCOME TO AMERICA!" everyone said with a smile.
A bunch of very pale (and very tired) looking kids came into the room.
"What?!? What's this? Is this for us?" one of them said curiously.
"You betcha! Welcome to America!" I said cheerfully.
One of them was still rubbing the sleep out of their eye.
"Let me introduce you guys to everyone, I'm Ceara, this is Mary, that's Damian, Allie, Marc, Alex, Benjamin, Brian, Susan, Margaret, Megan, Nicole, and C.J."
"Sup British people?"said Brian.
"Uuuuuuuuuuuuummmmmmm, alright I guess. A little tired through," the boy said.
"By the way, this is Alexandra, Ivy, George, Fiona, Eloise, John, Alfred (but you can call 'em Alfie) Jasper, Georgia, Duncan, Felix, Freddy, Annabel, Oliver, Charlie, Jake, Olivia, and I'm William."
"Oh my God! You threw this whole party for us?!?!?!?! Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Alexandra said.
It was an amazing party! There was tons of laughing and dancing and everyone seemed to really like the food!
"Ceara, I seriously hate to admit this, but.................................. you were uh, right. The British are awesome! They're super cool and totally hilarious!I'm sorry about what I said," Damian said.
"It's alright. I'm glad you're having a good time," I said.
Well that sounded dumb!
