I know I can't live anyway I would always dream of . I can't be a model : as they mostly pick the Chinese girls & plus they've 'perfect' skin & a slim bodies . I can't be a singer though I live to sing : as here music doesn't take you anywhere .i can't express my art : if I did I would be charged for vandalism . I can't be a dancer though I love to groove : too many dance fighting for a chance to be the best when all I wanted is to share ideas & choreo to make a good one . I can't be an actress : they want a cert & they can't promise you a good living . I can't imagine living in this place with all my hopes & dreams crushed . I don't want to be working but having almost 20% - 40% of my hard earn money to be held by the government . I don't want to be working hard to help my family who is paying the government . Taxes , bills , medical (despite your age is on a retirement level), everydays transportation , food & drinks , mortgage & there is more of this place that no one from outside knows. We have millions of tourists coming in from different parts of the world . But those high end building are built on our hard earned money which they collect from us through taxes & all sorts . Houses aren't even ours to start with , we've been paying for our home for all our lives & no matter it stated we bought it ; it's still the government who owns it . Elderly are forced to work when they deserve a good home to stay whereas the government provide & take care of their health but instead they are helping their ownself , working everyday , going up & down the flights of stairs , in & out of transportation which yes they still have to pay . Education : every family Have to fork out almost half their lives pay to keep their kids in school & have books / clothes / shoes / food & drinks . Even the lowest grade kids are carrying a bag which weighs 3 - 5 times their weight . Animals : almost every single cat is steralised & I'm unsure about dogs but it's Inhumane ! They said it helps these innocent cats live longer but what will happen if all these beautiful creature dies ? They won't have their generation when our kids have their kids & their kids have their owns .. Just recently we have a small girl who was in need of a heart transplant : we call her "Nur" . What the the government do to help save her ? What did the president/ vice-president/prime-minister do ? NOTHING ! People from the low income to the average helped donate money to her family so they could bring her overseas to get the best heart transplant but in the end she died . It's a shame I was once proud of this place , I was a happy kid & one who loves this place she grew in but now she finally sees the hell in this place , the torture when only the fittest will survive , the sufferings , the struggle to keep our home & family together . But yet , nothing was done to help us .
I am not a proud girl living in this place , I am a very disappointed girl with the way this place is treating us.
And I'm very eager to get out of here and drag my family along & yes my cat & her family too .
We deserve better than this !
