Misunderstood

Don't worry if you feel you're not understood,
If you could change that, you probably would.

But just think, there are people you don't understand,
The way that they talk or the way that they stand.

If you're misunderstood, and don't quite fit in,
Do what only the strong can, lift up your chin.

Cause guess what, it's the brave ones who go really far,
It doesn't matter if you're popular, or have a cool car.

If your heart is good, and caring for most,
One days those who didn't get you will give you a toast.

So don't try be something that you know you're not,
Life is too short, so like me, don't give a toss.
