It's always quite exciting, The build up to this season, With ice cream and swimsuits; it's generally quite pleasin'!
Most holidays hold happiness, The presents and the treats, But summer's even greater with an atmosphere you can't beat.
But when the weather's miserable, and clouds are in the sky, You get a melancholy feeling that makes you want to cry.
You think of what may happen if the weather won't cheer up... Will the Olympics be a let down? Will our holiday get the hump?
I thought it would be nice this summer, excitement in the air, I guess we'll have to lump it and imagine we're elsewhere!
