Here's another question I want to put to anyone that wants to listen, I have never been in a court of law in my life, but from what I understand when you are part of a trial you are required to swear an oath on the bible....is this mandatory and if so then why?? I'm not interested in starting a discussion on religion again....but just on how the law can ask you to swear to something you may consider as a fictitious character, to some they might as well be asked to swear on a where's wally book. Does anybody know if you are allowed to refuse to take that oath??
