Once upon a time In a land not far from here Lived Willow the wizard With perfect white hair
He had power beyond belief And the wisdom to use it wise He kept his magic to himself Modesty was his disguise
He never conjured a thing Never brought back the dead Never used sorcery for evil He could fly still he tread
I guess you could say He was too small for his boots Never reached full potential Defied his true roots
His father a wizard Was respected and revered With the powers he developed There was nothing he feared
He was the kings last line Of mystical defence Against ogres and dragons All threats he would quench
Until one summer day The king realised The wizard was more loved So he ordered his demise
Willow was seven When his father was taken He blamed magic for his loss So his powers were forsaken
He decided to never use magic For good or for bad Told a dragon was the reason He no longer had a dad
Until one day he was grown And learned about the kings order To have his father killed It was a cold blooded murder
The twenty two year old willow Then swore his revenge And he conjured darks spirits With all of his strength
Two dragons and three ogres Then came for the king Destroyed the whole castle And everything within
But the dragons didn't stop With just setting the castle aflame The whole kingdom was on fire And magic was to blame
From that day Willow's hair Went from white to dark grey And the once humble wizard For his actions would pay
He became Willow the wanderer Who traveled the land He never found any solace As reputation preceded the man
With unbearable remorse He concocted one last potion And he left this cruel world Invoking in no soul, an emotion
