Dunno What To Call This One

A candle lonely in the night,
speaks out to the stars above,
in gushes of burning delight,
of a spirit that she once knew,
that now roams free above the Earth,
that perhaps they've neighbored or come through.

Hence if they have, they've found their virtue,
they've been blessed with more than they know,
and if they did it would ring true,
they would have seen the noble sight,
of orchestrated anger
melting for them with all its might.

Mean are the beings who question not,
who lay the truth. I meant rape.
The innocence fades into rot,
subdued in a Hollywood smile,
to shadows in their hollow heads,
mirrored lies, hearts critically vile.

A constant struggle of nature's will,
or the brain as it's called in slang,
consumed in the head, zombie thrill,
but where there's a hole, the sun shines,
and with his arrow he strikes!
bleeding a river of life lines.

Diamonds, they say, are frozen tears,
of little princes gone lost,
in the hyperspace of man's fears,
our prince has cried a hundred times,
and every time a diamond fell,
children danced to the sound of its chimes,

At what cost would happiness prevail?
a butchered beast, surely that's fair,
how could nurtured young hearts still fail?
superficially assembled,
from supermarket outlets,
malls and food that makes you bloated.

Noted. Never aging spirit,
what complex composition,
to understand the core of it,
self multiplied, what would it bring?
a question of geometry?
philosophy? depends how you swing.

A lone candle shudders in the night,
she screams out to the stars above,
and flickers at the speed of light,
however else can they possibly hear her?
she suddenly remembers,
and in a blink, a smoke cloud takes her higher.

I draw and play with pictures and words for a living. I love scuba diving, dance and really dark chocolate. With chilly. Or with crystallised ginger. mmmmmm.
