Mommy, mommy penguin, Rolling in the snow, Sliding on her tummy, From hills high and low.

Sitting on the snow land, Out pops an egg! The mom passes it to the dad, And he keeps it between his legs.

Tummies starting rumbling, And some babies started to die Of starvation and coldness, Oh my, oh my, oh my!!!

The mommy's were getting ready, To dive in the deep blue sea, To get a dish that's a fish, For the little baby!

Suddenly a head popped out! Then two feet!! Dad needed to get mom, To show her someone to meet!

But the mom was taking ages, The baby was getting peckish, Please hurry up mommy, Bring us back a dish!!

But the baby was nearly dead now, The mom was a couple of miles away, With a squid and fish, But the baby just lay.

Was mommy too late? Dad got ready to say his pray. But sadly she was too late, And wasn't there.
