Chosen

Part 11:

Kenny's POV

I laid on the bed with my eyes forced closed but noises came from in front of me. My eyes wouldn't open but I gave it all I had. I began to squint as I see a body before me struggling to get up. I hear screams coming from this being and it began to scare me. I reached for the button to call the nurses bit it felt like something was holding me down. It began to grow wings and I myself couldn't believe it was before me. It's bone cracking and it screamed louder like a beast with many tones. My eyes opening wider.. It's a person. My vision still blurry. He stood before me but almost as if he was floating. His eyes pure white and his skin began to glow a bright yellow white. Mist of light fluttered off of him like a sand. He started to float up "I have chosen this one before you.." it's voice in one plain pitch but with many voices. Deep but ghostly almost. Like a group of men in a choir. "In order to save you he must prepare and understand that he might not live" it said. "Who are you?" I whispered. "It does not matter, I will be watching him. Lastly, let Silas know that danger is upon him and all that he loves, even you.." he pointed at me. "Wha?... What.." I tried to ask tiring myself out feeling the life drain out of me. "What does Silas have to do with any of this?.." His eyes and mouth opened wider now and lights flashed out of it and my eyes closed and fell into a deep sleep but just before I passed out I heard it faintly say "He is the key!"

Silas POV

"Ugh.." I woke up to a headache not having any idea where I was. The floor cold and heard. Beep... Beep... Beep... "Still at the hospital" I thought. I got up and notice that my wings were gone. I went into the bathroom to wash my face and looked at myself. I looked like I hadn't slept in days. My hands started to glow. "What the heck?.." and then it stopped. I walked out to Kenny and it started to glow again. Now it was blinking and as I got closer to Kenny it would flicker faster and faster. My palms began to sweat and I got scared. I placed my hands on his heart and my body began to pulse like a shock just ripped through it. Boom! I couldn't breathe so I gasped for air. My eyes shut because it hurt so bad and my teeth clenched together. Boom!.. My legs began to wobble as the shock rips through me again. Boom!... I couldn't breathe anymore but Kenny's body jolted and his wounds started to disappear.

Gasping for air I started to grow dizzy. Everything around me started to grow blurry. I heard a knock on the door but I couldn't get to it. I leaned forward to balance my way there but it seemed to backfire and I fell on my knees and then stomach. I clenched for my throat trying to breathe but still.. Nothing.. My eyes staring at the door but my vision began to grow darker and fainter. I crawled to the door gripping at the floor but when I got about two feet away my eyes slowly started to shut. I could feel my life slipping away and all I could do was nothing. A tear slipped down my face. The door opened and the last thing I saw was someone's feet walking towards me.
