Sadness can destroy a heart, just one mean word, is where it can start.
Confusion causes bad decisions, once they are made, hard for revisions.
Mean words cut to the bone, causing resentment, no compassion shown.
The human condition so fragile, live each day in concentration, stay focused on all things, strength in positive human relation.
