Move On Pt2

I took the ropes binding my wrists,
I cut them free,
Told myself I can do this,
For every negative brings positivity,

Now I'm without my shackles,
I can finally embrace life's treasure,
Can swerve life's tackles,
And find true happiness for good measure.

The figure 8 is key to me,
No beginning and no end,
It represents infinity,
But shows life's curves and bends.

Time to move toward pastures new,
Screw the people who've held me back,
For I don't need people like you,
You ruin my defence and then you attack.

I'm going to stroll through life at an even pace,
Not rush it I'm going to enjoy,
I'm going to learn to love my face,
My self hate I'm going to destroy.

For in life it doesn't matter how fast you go,
It's just important you don't stop,
To the people who've put me down I'm going to show,
I'm living life by my own clock,

For all those people who said "you're not good enough Sam",
Your wish I will not grant
Because Im going to show you that I am,
For theres no such word as can't.
