Here For You | Chapter 7

This chapter may have one or two swear words that I have put stars for some of the letters but the word is still easily guessable-just saying to let you know :)

Have fun reading

Chapter #7:
He took a sly step forward raising his arm in the air and to my surprise he darted the knife in my direction. I didn't have enough time to think of what to do, but my body seemed to take care of that problem as it lobbed all my limbs to the right, where the wall met me midway through the jump. The bat I was holding flung all
The way to the other side of the kitchen-next to the boy. I looked up to see the knife, with all it's lightning speed, had created a hole in the wall that it used to cling onto.
"Huh" he sniggered under his breath "That wasn't a bad dodge-for a girl"
"Where are you tryin' to go with that?! Huh? A**hole!"
That shut him up; it also got him more agitated.
I looked at where it was and realised that it had skimmed the top of my skin on my left shoulder creating a fresh cut matching the one on my left temple. Somehow I hadn't felt it. Not to worry the pain instantly came oozing in.
"Keira," Sky shouted in panic "Are you ok?"
"Yeah I'm fine" I lied holding onto my bleeding arm.
But wait, there was something else. Thats it! He had a thin chain attached to the knife. I followed it back only to see it disappear into his sleeve. What kind of weapon was that? Nimbly he pulled on the chain so that the knife tore away from the wall leaving a hole, the knife flew through the air; he caught it in his right hand with such ease you'd think anyone could wield such a strange and dangerous weapon. As soon as he caught it he threw it again but not at me-at Sky.
I ran to her but I stacked on my feet falling to the floor.
"Sky! Watch out!" I screeched at her.
"Oh boy!" was the last thing Sky said.
