I have had four hours of dance in the past two days. this morning, I woke up to find that all of my toes on my left foot are swollen... it's really hard to move them, and I can't really move my big toe at all.

I googled it... I think there's a possibility it's turf toe, which is a ligament sprain in your big toe, but I'm not sure.

I can barely walk...

but it doesn't really hurt.

it's the swelling that bothers me.

any possible diagnosis anyone may be able to give me..???
