This is a cocktail a friend and I made on the bar the night before Christmas eve this year. We were told to inject the buyers mouth with a "Caribbean fizz". After deliberating that Caribbean Fizz wasn't a drink, but an adjective for what he wanted we went mental.
Firstly, fill a Casablanca full of crushed ice. Cubed of necessary but crushed is best. Add 25ml of Captain Morgans Spiced Rum. (not Bacardi Oakheart, if you use this as a substitute, you will not enjoy it.) then add orange juice until the glass is 3/4 full. Shake in a shaker, and finally fill the glass with tonic water. Stir but do not add lime or lemon. People want a drink, not a helping of their 5 a day.
Lastly, enjoy and fall over.
