A sky heaves
as gentle kisses
fall all around,
it brushes
over houses
before settling
on the ground.
Their touch turns
everything into
a glistening cold,
branches bend
under the weight
of their icy hold.
Keeping each
other warm we
walk hand in hand,
oblivious to the chill
of this whitened
wonderland.
The Snowmen
come to life bringing
their frosty smile,
it's Winter in all it's
glory spring needs
to wait a while.
