Ingredients: 4 Croissant Low fat butter 1 Organic egg 1 Cup of Milk 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract 1/4 tsp Orange blossom extract Chopped strawberries (any other berries, bananas or peaches will do) Maple syrup Ground cinnamon

How to: Mix the milk, egg, vanilla extract and orange blossom extract.

Create a pocket inside the croissants and stuff the chopped strawberries in.

Carefully dip in the croissants into the mix, making sure the strawberries stays packed in tight.

On a hot pan, spread just enough butter, then place the croissants on the pan. Cook both sides till golden brown.

Serve with the maple syrup and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.

To enjoy: Serve with a glass of champagne and a glass of orange juice and black coffee!
