Pack our bags and tell no one.
Turn off our phones, maybe toss it into the sea.
We'll share a cabin somewhere in Aspen.
Or perhaps stay at your floating house and turn it into a love nest.
Take the bottle of wine, the strawberries and the stereo.
Let's get on the boat and row till we can't see a thing in sight.
Play our songs loud and make love to the sweet tunes.
Savour every moment, because you know we'll have to go back.
Not now, but eventually.
Look, the heavens are smiling upon us.
The stars soon will twinkle and flirt with the moon.
